Training experience

Over the course of the past 14 years I have had the pleasure and privilege of imparting my unique knowledge of rule-writing and DocMaestro Products to all levels of users throughout the U.S. and Canada. Most of the instructional material used was developed by me, guided by feedback from my contemporaries and students. The 32-hour course is a healthy mix of lecture and lab, and there are liberal questions, examples and exercises to keep the attendees stimulated and involved.

As the sole instructor, I conducted classes in the use of scanning equipment, Adobe PDF products, the implementation and use of a web-based document repository system, and a week-long class on an AWK-based scripting language used to add intelligence (links & bookmarks) to customer documents.
